COVID-19 Statement - Expect Canada Post Delays
The team at Flash Buds Company is taking the Coronavirus outbreak very seriously. While we continue to stay open, operate, and fulfill orders, our staff are taking additional precautionary measures. We are following all guidelines recommended by the Ministry of Health including:
- Washing our hands before entering and exiting the work space.
- Wearing protective face masks in our offices.
- Wearing protective gloves anytime products and packages are handled.
- Wiping down all work benches, packing equipment, and surface areas.
- Ensuring all staff members have the opportunity to stay at home should the need arise.
Please note that Canada Post has waived all delivery time guarantees as they work around the clock to stay open. Signature on delivery requests will also not be honoured as Canada Post has implemented a contactless delivery policy.
Flash Buds is also operating with a smaller staff to ensure we can keep the lights on while practicing social distancing. Please understand that this may result in some slower than normal processing times and deliveries.
