What is the difference between delivery and shipping?

Local delivery is offered to our customers within our GTA coverage zone

Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Pickering, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Thornhill, Unionville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Stouffville, Kleinburg, Whitby, Oshawa

These orders are delivered directly by our drivers to the customer without Canada Post being involved. 

Shipping orders is offered to all other customers across Canada. We will pack and drop off your order within 1-2 business days to a Canada Post office. You will also receive a tracking code once the order is shipped. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon.

What is After Hours Delivery?

If you miss our standard 1:00PM EST cut off time but would still like same day delivery you can use the After Hours Delivery option. Learn more here.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Local deliveries are from 1:30PM – 10PM. If you need a specific delivery time, please reach out to us the day before. We do not offer specific delivery ETAs as our drivers will optimize their routes to ensure all deliveries are completed during the day.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, if your order is being shipped by Canada Post you will receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days automatically via email.

I placed my order after 1:00PM EST. What now?

Local delivery orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be delivered the next day. You can also choose the After Hours delivery option if you’d still like same day delivery.

Why are there so many delivery options?

In order to accomodate for our customers and offer a flexible schedule, we are proud to offer multiple options. During check out you will be able to choose the option that is best for you.

Can you deliver after 10PM EST?

Our last delivery finishes at 10PM EST. Unfortunately we do not do late deliveries. Orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be delivered the following day unless you choose the After Hours delivery option.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not available at the time of delivery we will do our best to contact you. Otherwise we will leave your product in non-discreet location if it is a house or attempt another delivery. 

Will you contact me before delivering?

Yes, for local deliveries. Our team will reach out to you via text or call before a delivery to ensure you are available. For shipping orders, you will be able to monitor the status through your tracking number.

My product was damaged.

If you find your product was damaged or in a poor condition please take a few pictures and reach out to us at [email protected] We recommend taking pictures of the product/unboxing as soon as you receive them to avoid any discrepancy issues. 

How quickly can I expect my order?

Local GTA deliveries are completed by 10PM EST. For shipping orders, Canada Post will do their best to provide an estimate but please note that these are subject to change.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

If there is an issue with your order please contact us at [email protected] Any refund or return requests must be initiated within two days from the day the order is marked as completed.

How will I know my order is delivered?

We mark all orders as completed when it is delivered by our drivers or by Canada Post. You will receive an automated email from our system indicating the order is completed.
