Ordering Made Easy
Here at Flash Buds we want to simplify the ordering process as much as possible. If you are a new customer or are looking for additional information then this guide is for you!

How to Order
To place an order simply browse through our Shop and add your products to your cart. We recommend creating an account so that you can earn quickly save your cart, add to your wishlist, and earn Flash Tokens. Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.
Once your order has been placed you will receive payment instructions during checkout and via email. We only accept Interact Email Money Transfer as our method of payment. Note the payment instructions and ensure you use the correct recipient name as any other variation will be rejected. If payment is not completed within 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled.
Please note that we do not accept debit cards, credit carts, PayPal, or Bitcoins at this time. Orders placed with limited quantity items are placed on hold for an hour before it is automatically cancelled.
Hours of Operations
Customer Service Hours: Monday – Saturday (9AM – 7PM EST)
GTA Express Delivery: Order between 12:00AM – 1:00PM for Same Day Delivery | Order between 1:00PM – 11:59PM for Next Day Delivery. Available for most cities within the GTA. Available everyday!
GTA After Hours Delivery: Order between 1:00PM – 7:00PM for our GTA After Hours Delivery service. Deliveries are done between 7:00PM – 11:00PM the same day. Available everyday!
Canada Wide Shipping: Orders shipped everyday. Note: items are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon. Available everyday!
Orders are accepted and fulfilled (delivered or shipped) 7 days a week including weekends.
Delivery vs. Shipping
GTA Express Delivery is completed via our courier service and is available in the following cities: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Pickering, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Thornhill, Unionville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Stouffville, Kleinburg, Whitby, Oshawa. GTA After Hours Delivery is completed via our courier service and is available in the following cities: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Pickering, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Thornhill, Unionville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Stouffville, Kleinburg, Whitby, Oshawa. Shipping is completed via Canada Post and is available Canada Wide, including the GTA. Shipping orders are packed and sent out within 1-2 business days. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once it’s been shipped. We guarantee delivery on all parcels. If your package is missing we will work with Canada Post to ensure we find a solution.
I Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing
While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times with an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check.
If your items are missing or you received the wrong item please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.
Refund or Exchange
In order for an item to be refunded or exchanged we require that all customers reach out to us within 2 days of receiving their items. Please provide a summary of the issue as well as supplementary pictures or videos.
For prepackaged Super Quad bags (i.e. Astro or Pharaoh Farms) we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the bag has been opened.
We will handle each request on a case by case basis. Please note that for a full refund to be issued we require that the items be sent back to us.
Flash Tokens & Ways to Save
Please note that Flash Tokens are not earned on orders where a coupon is used, tokens are redeemed, or a promotional cart-wide discount. To learn more please refer to our Flash Tokens FAQ page here.
We are proud to offer several ways to save!
- Flash Tokens are a great way to earn on each dollar you spend and redeem towards future purchase.
- Purchasing certain shakes or bundles will earn you up to 25% off your entire cart (not eligible for Flash Tokens).
- Coupon codes are available throughout the year during special promotions (not eligible for Flash Tokens).
In order to help our customers save more during this pandemic, Flash Buds has eliminated the 6% GST effective September 21st, 2020.
