Ordering Made Easy

Here at Flash Buds we want to simplify the ordering process as much as possible. If you are a new customer or are looking for additional information then this guide is for you!

How to Order

To place an order simply browse through our Shop and add your products to your cart. We recommend creating an account so that you can earn quickly save your cart, add to your wishlist, and earn Flash Tokens. Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.

Payment Options

e-Transfer: Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer. You will receive your custom payment instructions during checkout and in your order confirmation email.  Please note the payment instructions and ensure you use the correct recipient name as any other variation will be rejected. If payment is not completed within 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled. A 1% service fee will be added to all e-transfer payments to help offset processing costs.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on delivery is only available to select customers. You will automatically become eligible if you are in the Greater Toronto Area, qualify for GTA Express Delivery, and have completed a certain number of purchases via e-Transfers. If you are eligible for Cash on Delivery, you will see the option during checkout. Payments made in cash will have the HST and 1% processing fee reversed. Please note that placing an order and failing to pay on delivery will result in a permanent ban.

Orders with limited quantity items are placed on hold for an hour before it is automatically cancelled. 

Hours of Operations

Customer Service Hours: Monday – Saturday (9AM – 7PM EST). We aim to reply to all inquiries within two business days unless there is a heavy volume. Please note our phone support hours are from 10AM – 6PM EST Monday – Friday. We do not offer phone support on weekends. For after hours support you can contact us here. We will reply within two business days.

GTA Express DeliveryOrder & pay between 12:00AM – 2:00PM for Same Day Delivery  |  Order & pay between 2:00PM – 11:59PM for Next Day Delivery. Available for most cities within the GTA. Available everyday! Note: You must have an order size equal to or greater than $40 for this option to become available during checkout. 

Canada Wide Shipping: Orders shipped everyday. All shipping orders will be processed within 1-2 business day(s). Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Most orders placed and paid for before 12:00PM EST are shipped out the same day!

Orders are accepted and fulfilled (delivered or shipped) 7 days a week including weekends.

Delivery vs. Shipping

GTA Express Delivery is completed via our courier service and is available in the following cities: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Pickering, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Thornhill, Unionville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Stouffville, Kleinburg, Whitby, Oshawa, Maple. Shipping is completed via Canada Post and is available Canada Wide, including the GTA. All shipping orders will be processed within 1-2 business day(s). Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Most orders placed and paid for before 12:00PM EST are shipped out the same day! We guarantee delivery on all parcels. If your package is missing we will work with you & Canada Post to ensure we find a solution.

*Most local GTA orders are delivered before 10PM. However, on occasion, deliveries may run later if there is a high volume of orders, heavy traffic, or other unforeseeable events.

I Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing

While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times when an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check. 

If your items are missing or you received the wrong item please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.

Refund or Exchange

In order for an item to be refunded or exchanged we require that all customers reach out to us within two days of receiving their items. Please provide a summary of the issue as well as supplementary pictures or videos.

For prepackaged Super Quad bags (i.e. Astro or Captain Kush) we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the bag has been opened. 

We will handle each request on a case by case basis. Please note that for a full refund to be issued we require that the items be sent back to us. 

Flash Tokens & Ways to Save

Please note that Flash Tokens are not earned on orders where a coupon is used, tokens are redeemed, or a promotional cart-wide discount. To learn more please refer to our Flash Tokens FAQ page here.
